When you submit our consultation form, we collect the name, email, phone, company, service of interest and message you provide. When you apply through the Academy form, we collect your name, phone, WhatsApp number, chosen track and preferred location. We never ask for payment details on this website.
We also keep lightweight, first-party analytics — anonymous page views and which language/theme you prefer — to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and follow up about the service or track you asked about. Submitting a form may trigger an automatic confirmation email to you and a notification to our team.
How we store and protect it
Submissions are stored securely in our own database and are accessible only to authorised Quantro AI team members. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and serve you, and remove it on request.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our infrastructure (such as hosting and email delivery) strictly to operate this website, and where required by law.
Your choices
